Bio: at a young age the Sanbi was sealed within him in order for the village of kirigakure to gain an upper hand on the nations. but kotetsu didnt want to be this village's weapon. living and growing up in the disappointment of the others, kotetsu has learned to provide for himself and has gained full control of his bijuu over the years of training he has put himself through. but he cannot somewhat feel targeted because of his power and abilities.
